Hello, my name is Matt Zytkowicz.  I have been a real estate investor for nearly two decades and a licensed real estate professional for over three years in Kodiak, Alaska and now the greater Sandusky, Ohio area. Prior to my professional real estate career, I served in the United States Coast Guard for 23 years and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer (Naval Engineer).  

I bring an unmatched work ethic to the needs of my clients, along with over 20 years of experience in contract negotiations/enforcement and a knack for branding and advertising. My unique blend of real estate, contract, and military experience have undoubtedly led to a high success rate as a licensed real estate professional.  I continually go above and beyond the call of duty for my clients going as far as working to highlight homes on HGTV where I appeared in three seperate episodes of "Living Alaska" and now being part of the largest real estate company in the world "Century 21" I have the opportunity to serve you on an even greater platform.
